With two decades of corporate experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia, I have seen how ambition, perspective, and emotion shape performance. The same human dynamics that ignite innovation can also erode trust, stall decisions, and destroy value.
wARDEN PERFORMANCE comes from warden, meaning guardian. It was founded at the intersection of corporate experience and psychological expertise. It reflects the conviction that business performance is human performance. Every strategy, process, and outcome depends on the behavior and motivation of the people behind it.
Even in an age defined by data and intelligent systems, the true differentiator remains distinctly human, judgment, empathy, and the ability to lead through complexity. wARDEN PERFORMANCE helps organizations strengthen that advantage.
At the core stands Arden Bay Advisory, a psychological institute, supporting this work. It focuses on applied behavioral science and executive well-being and provides the human insights that strengthen wARDEN PERFORMANCE’s performance architecture.
My work is grounded in research and academic training that spans a Master's in Psychology from Harvard University, an MBA from IMD Business School, and mediation credentials from CEDR and the International Mediation Institute. This foundation enables me to combine corporate leadership experience with psychological insight, partnering with boards and executives through moments of complexity and strategic change.
Each engagement is shaped and delivered personally. This ensures direct insight, accountability, and continuity from the first conversation to final outcome.
At its core, wARDEN PERFORMANCE exists to help leaders and organizations perform with intelligence and precision when progress seems out of reach.
